Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated 18 October 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Program Terms") are a contract between you and Bond Solutions, s.r.o., a company registered in the Slovak Republic ("Breakflare," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your application to, and participation in, the Breakflare affiliate program (the "Program").
The Program pays independent promoters a commission when a new customer pays for Breakflare Core or Plus. The customer-facing product is described on https://www.breakflare.com and is governed by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Those documents bind the customer. These Program Terms bind you as an affiliate.
Applications, tracking links, commission records, and payouts run through our partner portal on OpenPartner at https://app.openpartner.dev/t/breakflare/login. OpenPartner's and Stripe's terms apply to use of that portal and to sending an approved payout. What Breakflare owes you is defined here.
1. Who may join
You may apply if:
- you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract;
- you apply with accurate information about yourself, your site or channel, and your audience;
- you are not barred by sanctions or other law from being paid by a Slovak company; and
- you will promote Breakflare yourself, under your own name or brand, and not as Breakflare.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place in the Program. We may approve an application automatically or after review, and we may reject it. We may also suspend or remove an affiliate later, including one who was approved automatically.
2. How to apply and sign in
Apply at https://app.openpartner.dev/t/breakflare/join. If you are accepted, the portal emails a sign-in link and gives you a tracking link. Connect Stripe in the portal before you can receive a payout. Tracking can record clicks before Stripe is connected. Payouts cannot.
You are responsible for keeping your portal login secure and for activity under it. Tell us at legal@breakflare.com if you believe someone else is using it.
3. Commission
An approved affiliate earns 30% of net Core or Plus subscription fees that Breakflare actually collects from a referred customer for as long as that customer's paid Core or Plus subscription continues, including a switch from Core to Plus or from Plus to Core.
"Net Core or Plus subscription fees" means the USD amount collected for a Core monthly, Core yearly, Plus monthly, or Plus yearly subscription, after any discount we authorized for that charge, and excluding taxes, the $1 Plus trial fee, refunds, chargebacks, and failed collections.
The "first commissionable charge" is the first successful charge for Core, or the first successful charge for Plus after any trial, or the first successful Plus charge if the customer did not start a trial. Core has no trial and bills at the Core price shown at checkout. The $1, 14-day Plus trial fee is never commissionable, including when it is the only amount the customer pays.
Commission is due on the first commissionable charge and on each later Core or Plus renewal we collect, whether monthly or yearly, and on a later invoice after the customer switches between Core and Plus, with no end date while the paid subscription continues. It stops when the customer cancels or the paid subscription otherwise ends. Charges after the subscription ends are not commissionable. A subscription that starts again later is not commissionable.
Illustrative amounts at current list prices, if the invoice is collected in full and not refunded: 30% of $99 is $29.70 on each Core monthly invoice, 30% of $990 is $297 on each Core yearly invoice, 30% of $399 is $119.70 on each Plus monthly invoice, and 30% of $3,990 is $1,197 on each Plus yearly invoice, including renewals. List prices can change. Your commission is calculated on the amount collected.
The rate, duration, attribution model, and holdback recorded on your partner account when you are approved are the commercial terms that apply to you. If we later reduce that rate, shorten the attribution window, or lengthen the holdback, the recorded terms still apply to you until we agree otherwise in writing. Adding Core as a commissionable plan, posted on 18 October 2026, applies to Core and Plus charges collected on or after that date, including for affiliates already approved. The current conduct rules in these Program Terms apply to promotion that happens after we post an update.
4. What is not commissionable
No commission is due on any of the following:
- the $1 Plus trial fee;
- taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, or failed charges;
- Enterprise plans, custom invoices, and any sale we close offline;
- Breakflare trading agent credit packs, auto-recharges, and other pay-as-you-go usage;
- a customer who, before the attributed click, already had a Breakflare account that paid for Core or Plus, started a paid Core or Plus subscription, or held an Enterprise or other custom agreement;
- a win-back of a customer who previously paid for Core, Plus, or Enterprise, even if that subscription had ended;
- you, a member of your household, a business you own or control, or a payment method, email, or account you control; and
- traffic we determine was fraudulent, incentivized in breach of these terms, or otherwise ineligible.
5. Attribution
Credit uses last-click attribution with a 60-day window, as recorded by OpenPartner. The affiliate whose tracking link the customer last clicked within 60 days before the commissionable charge receives the commission, if every other condition in these Program Terms is met.
Use only the tracking link issued in the partner portal. Do not rewrite it in a way that drops referral tracking. If our records and your records disagree, the OpenPartner click and commission records control.
There is no commission split between affiliates. There is no second tier for recruiting other affiliates.
6. Holdback, reversals, and payouts
Each commission stays pending for 30 days after it accrues (the "holdback"). During the holdback, a refund, chargeback, cancellation of the charge, or a failed collection reverses the commission before payout.
After the holdback, approved commissions are paid through OpenPartner to the Stripe account you connect in the partner portal. We do not pay affiliates by bank wire, PayPal, or crypto unless we agree in writing. Stripe and OpenPartner may require identity checks and may apply their own payout minimums or fees. You are responsible for those fees.
You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. We do not withhold taxes unless the law requires it. Commissions are not wages, and participation does not make you an employee, agent, or partner of Bond Solutions, s.r.o..
If a commission is reversed after it was paid, we may deduct the amount from later commissions. If there are no later commissions, you will repay the amount within 30 days of our written request.
7. How you may promote
You may recommend Breakflare in your own content, including posts, newsletters, videos, and pages, if you:
- use your portal tracking link;
- state, near the recommendation, that you may earn a commission if someone subscribes through your link;
- describe Breakflare consistently with the public site: daily research on crypto projects, CoinGecko ranks 51-200, Breakout Score™, the Core and Plus prices on the pricing page, Core billed today with no trial, and the $1, 14-day Plus trial;
- send people to Breakflare, not to a copy of the product or of subscriber data; and
- use logos and other brand assets only as provided in the brand kit, and only while you are an active affiliate.
You may link to the public track record. You may not invent performance, alter screenshots so they show a result the product did not show, or present scores as instructions to buy or sell.
Do not advertise a discount, coupon, trial length, or price other than the ones published on the site, unless we gave you that offer in writing. There is no public sitewide coupon.
8. Prohibited conduct
You will not, and you will not help anyone else to:
- promise or imply profits, price targets, guaranteed returns, or that Breakflare trading agent will make money;
- claim that Breakflare holds customer funds, offers yield, or gives personalized investment advice;
- send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages;
- stuff cookies, force clicks, use hidden frames, or buy clicks that are not a genuine recommendation;
- bid on paid search or paid social for "Breakflare," breakflare.com, or a confusing misspelling of either;
- run other paid advertising of Breakflare without our prior written approval;
- impersonate Breakflare, our people, or another affiliate;
- scrape, republish, or resell the terminal, scores, or subscriber data;
- refer yourself or an account you control;
- promote the Program or the product to anyone under 18; or
- promote Breakflare in a way that breaks the law, including advertising, consumer, sanctions, and anti-spam rules that apply to you.
9. Intellectual property
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the name Breakflare and the assets in the brand kit solely to promote the Program while you are an active affiliate. You get no other right in our marks, software, or data. Goodwill in the marks stays with us. On request, or when your participation ends, you will stop using the assets.
10. Independent contractor
You act on your own account. You have no authority to bind Breakflare, to change prices, or to make statements that contradict the public site or these Program Terms. The Program is not exclusive in either direction. We may promote Breakflare ourselves and through others. You may promote other products, except in a way that breaches section 8.
11. Suspension and ending participation
You may stop promoting and ask us to close your portal access at any time by emailing legal@breakflare.com.
We may reject, suspend, or remove you at any time, including for a breach of these Program Terms, for traffic that looks fraudulent, or if we pause or end the Program. Where the law requires a reason, we will give one.
Ending participation stops new commissions. Commissions that already accrued on qualifying charges before the end date are still paid, subject to the holdback and to reversals, unless we removed you for breach. Commissions tied to a breach, including fraud, self-referral, or prohibited claims, are cancelled. Amounts already paid on those referrals are repayable under section 6.
We may pause new applications or end the Program by posting that fact on this page. Where we have your email, we will also send notice. Commissions already accrued before the end date follow the previous paragraph.
12. Changes
We may update these Program Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. The version in effect on the date of a customer's first commissionable charge applies to the commission rate for that customer, and to the rule that commission runs until that subscription ends, together with the snapshot rule in section 3. Conduct rules in the posted version apply to promotion after the update. If you keep promoting after an update, you accept the current conduct rules.
13. Disclaimers and liability
We do not guarantee that you will be approved, that your link will convert, or that you will earn any amount. The product and the Program are provided as available. Customers can cancel, get a refund where the law requires one, or never convert from the trial.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Bond Solutions, s.r.o. nor its directors, officers, or employees will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of the Program. Our total liability arising out of the Program will not exceed the commissions already accrued to you and not reversed or paid. Nothing in these Program Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Slovak Republic, including liability for fraud.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Bond Solutions, s.r.o. against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your promotion, your breach of these Program Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
14. Governing law
These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the Slovak Republic have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence. Before filing a claim, contact legal@breakflare.com so we can try to resolve it.
15. Other terms
These Program Terms are the entire agreement about the Program. If a provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your place in the Program without our written consent. We may assign these Program Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
If these Program Terms conflict with a clickwrap inside the partner portal about commission math, these Program Terms control what Breakflare owes. Portal, cookie, and payment-rail mechanics follow OpenPartner and Stripe.
