Breakflare pays affiliates 30% of each Plus invoice it actually collects, until that customer cancels. Core is free, so a Core signup is not commissionable. The $1 Plus trial fee is not commissionable. Credit is last click within 60 days, and each commission waits 30 days before payout through the partner portal.

This note is for people who already explain crypto research to an audience: newsletter writers, YouTube explainers, research desks, and operators who publish a daily or weekly shortlist habit. It is the public version of the affiliate program. The Affiliate Program Terms control if anything here is shorter than the contract.

Key Takeaways

  • Affiliates earn 30% of collected Plus fees on the first paid charge and on every later renewal, until the customer cancels.
  • Core is free. No credit card required. Plus is $399/mo or $3,990/yr after a $1, 14-day trial. The $1 fee pays nothing. Core is not commissionable.
  • Last click within 60 days gets the customer. Payouts wait 30 days, then go to Stripe in the partner portal.
  • Describe the research product. Do not promise returns, price targets, or profits from Breakflare Trading agent.

What does the Breakflare affiliate program pay?

An approved affiliate earns 30% of net Plus subscription fees Breakflare collects from a new customer, for as long as that paid subscription continues. “Net” means the USD amount collected for Plus monthly or Plus yearly, excluding taxes, the $1 Plus trial fee, refunds, chargebacks, and failed collections. Core is free, so it collects no subscription fee.

At today’s list prices, that is $119.70 on each collected $399 Plus monthly invoice and $1,197 on each collected $3,990 Plus yearly invoice. Renewals count, including a yearly invoice a year later if the customer is still subscribed. Switching from Plus to free Core ends later commissionable renewals.

These amounts are the program’s own price list. List prices can change. The commission is 30% of the amount collected.

The first commissionable charge is the first successful Plus charge after any trial, or the first successful Plus charge if the customer skipped the trial. Core is free and does not create a commission. Paying $1 to start the 14-day Plus trial does not create a commission, even if that is the only money the customer ever pays.

Commission stops when the customer cancels or the paid subscription otherwise ends. An invoice already collected can still be commissionable, subject to the refund hold below. Renewals that are never charged are not.

A subscription that ends and starts again later is not commissionable. Win-backs of people who already paid for Core, Plus, or Enterprise before the click are out of the program.

Who should apply, and how does joining work?

Apply if you can describe Breakflare in your own words, you are at least 18, and you will promote it under your name or brand rather than pretending to be Breakflare. The application asks for your name, email, site or main channel, at least one social profile, audience size, and a short note on how you would recommend the product.

The form lives in the partner portal, linked from the affiliates page. Submitting it does not guarantee a place in the program. Breakflare may approve an application automatically or after a look, and it may reject or later suspend one.

If you are accepted, the portal emails a sign-in link and gives you a tracking link. Connect Stripe in that portal before you can be paid. Clicks can be recorded before Stripe is connected. Payouts cannot.

The offer the customer sees is the public one on the pricing page. Core is free. No credit card required. Plus is $1 for 14 days, then $399/mo or $3,990/yr. Do not advertise a different price.

Which customers earn a commission?

The customer has to be new to paid Core and Plus. They do not qualify if, before the attributed click, they already had a Breakflare account that paid for Core or Plus, started a paid Core or Plus subscription, or held an Enterprise or other custom agreement.

These referrals also pay nothing:

  • You, someone in your household, a business you own or control, or a payment method, email, or account you control.
  • Enterprise plans, custom invoices, and sales Breakflare closes offline. Enterprise starts from $10,000/mo and is not part of this program.
  • Breakflare Trading agent credit packs, auto-recharges, and other pay-as-you-go usage. Those balances are not an affiliate product. Core and Plus both include the spot trading agent.
  • Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, and failed collections.
  • Traffic Breakflare decides was fraudulent, stuffed, or bought as empty clicks rather than a real recommendation.

A person who has only paid the $1 Plus trial fee, and who has never paid for Core or Plus, can still be a new customer when the first Plus charge succeeds.

How does the 60-day last click work?

Credit uses last click within 60 days of the commissionable Plus charge, as recorded in the partner portal. The affiliate whose tracking link the customer last clicked inside that window gets the commission, if every other rule is met. There is no split between affiliates and no second tier for recruiting other affiliates.

A free Core signup does not start this clock, because Core collects no subscription fee.

A Plus timeline:

  1. Day 0: a reader clicks your tracking link.
  2. Day 10: they pay $1 and start the 14-day trial. You earn nothing on that fee.
  3. Day 24: the first Plus charge of $399 succeeds. $119.70 accrues. It is not paid yet.
  4. Day 54: the 30-day hold ends. If the charge was not refunded or charged back, the commission can be paid to your Stripe account.
  5. Each later Plus renewal, while they stay subscribed, accrues another 30% and goes through the same hold.

If the first Plus charge happens on day 61 or later, with no newer qualifying click, that signup is outside the window. A second affiliate who earns a later click inside the 60 days before that charge gets the credit instead of you. Use the tracking link the portal issued. Do not rewrite it in a way that drops the referral.

If your notes and the portal disagree, the portal’s click and commission records control.

When does the money actually arrive?

Each commission stays pending for 30 days after it accrues. That hold exists so a refund, chargeback, cancelled charge, or failed collection can reverse the commission before it is paid. After the hold, approved commissions pay through the partner portal to the Stripe account you connect.

Breakflare does not pay affiliates by bank wire, PayPal, or crypto unless that is agreed in writing. Stripe and the portal may require identity checks and may apply their own payout minimums or fees. You are responsible for those fees and for taxes on what you earn. The commission is not wages, and joining does not make you an employee of Bond Solutions, s.r.o., the company that operates Breakflare.

If a commission is reversed after it was paid, Breakflare may deduct it from later commissions. If there are no later commissions, the amount is repayable within 30 days of a written request.

What can you say when you recommend Breakflare?

Say what the public site says. Breakflare publishes a daily research shortlist for CoinGecko ranks 51-500, ranked by Breakout Index™. That rank band is the product boundary.

Core is today’s #2 breakout candidate, alerts, a watchlist, and one portfolio tracker. Plus adds the full shortlist including #1, terminal charts, whales, unlimited trackers, and Breakflare Trading agent. The agent can place live orders through the customer’s own exchange account. Breakflare never holds customer funds.

You may link the public track record and explain that locked picks are graded after the fact. You may not invent a hit rate, edit a screenshot so it shows a result the product did not show, or turn a score into a buy or sell instruction.

Near the recommendation, say that you may earn a commission if someone subscribes through your link. A usable line is: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe to Breakflare through my link.” Put it where the reader will see it: in the post, the video description, the newsletter, or the caption. Hiding it in a footer three screens away does not meet the program terms.

A short recommendation that stays inside the rules:

Breakflare publishes a daily research shortlist for CoinGecko ranks 51-500, ranked by Breakout Index™. Core is free. No credit card required. Plus is $399/mo or $3,990/yr after $1 for 14 days, and includes Breakflare Trading agent. I may earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.

Logos belong to the brand kit linked from the affiliates page. Use them only while you are an active affiliate, and only in the form the kit provides.

Paid ads on the name Breakflare, on breakflare.com, or on a confusing misspelling of either, are not allowed. Other paid advertising needs written approval before it runs. Organic posts, newsletters, and videos are the path the program is built for.

This program is also separate from exchange Trade links on the site. Those links are described in the Affiliate Disclosure. Recommending Breakflare itself is this program. Sending a reader to an exchange is not.

What should you leave out of the pitch?

Breakflare does not publish price targets. Hype score is how loud a coin is versus peers that day. It is not a forecast. Breakout candidates are a research ranking inside ranks 51-500, not a list of coins that must climb.

Breakflare Trading agent ships with Core and Plus, starts in paper mode, and can lose money if a subscriber later turns on live orders with their own exchange keys. Plus live credits are 0.5% of notional per side. Core is 1% per side. Do not tell your audience the agent will make money, that Breakflare holds customer funds, or that the product gives personalized investment advice.

Do not spam, stuff cookies, buy empty clicks, scrape the terminal, or promote the product to anyone under 18.

If the pitch needs a number, use the prices on the pricing page and the rates in this post. Do not invent a different price. There is no public discount code.

Put the tracking link next to an explanation of the research job, on a surface you already publish. A weekly mid-cap note or a video about a watchlist habit is a better home than a bare signup button.

In that same block, name ranks 51-500, state the Core and Plus prices, name the $1 Plus trial, and add the commission disclosure. Link the scoring stack if a reader needs the layers. You can recommend other products. You cannot bind Breakflare, change its prices, or add a promise the site does not make.

What ends a commission that already started?

Cancellation stops future Core and Plus charges, so it stops future commission. A refund or chargeback reverses the commission on that charge, including by deduction if it was already paid. Removal for fraud, self-referral, or a prohibited claim cancels the related commissions, and amounts already paid on those referrals can be reclaimed.

You can stop promoting by emailing legal@breakflare.com. New commissions stop. Qualifying amounts that accrued before that date are still paid, subject to the hold, unless the removal was for a breach. Breakflare can pause applications or end the program by posting that on the affiliates page. Commissions already accrued follow the same payment rules.

The rate recorded on your partner account at approval is the rate for customers you refer under that approval. From 18 October 2026, Core invoices are commissionable too, including for affiliates already approved. Conduct rules on a later public page apply to promotion after that update.

Frequently asked questions

Does a switch between Core and Plus, or from monthly to yearly, keep paying?

A switch from monthly Plus to yearly Plus keeps paying on the Plus invoices collected after the switch. A switch from Plus to free Core stops later commission, because Core collects nothing. The commission is on the amount collected, so a $3,990 yearly Plus charge is $1,197 if it is collected in full and not refunded.

Is the $1 trial a sale?

No. The $1 fee is Plus only. It confirms the payment method and opens 14 days of Plus. It never pays a commission. Core is free and is not a sale. The first commissionable event is the first successful Plus charge after the trial, or the first Plus charge if there was no trial.

Can two affiliates share one customer?

No. Last click within 60 days of the Core or Plus charge wins. There is no multi-touch split and no payment for recruiting other affiliates.

What if the reader used my link on a phone and paid on a laptop?

Use only the portal tracking link, and do not strip its parameters. The click record in the partner portal is what decides credit. If that record does not show a qualifying click within 60 days of the Core or Plus charge, there is no commission, even if the reader says they found you first.

Do trading agent credits pay a commission?

No. Credit packs and auto-recharges are excluded. So are Enterprise invoices. The program pays on Core and Plus subscription fees only.

Where are the full terms?

In the Affiliate Program Terms. That page is what the partner portal links as the program terms. This post explains the offer. The contract is that legal page.
